D and T Education Ltd provides professional consultancy, training and support for schools and colleges.  We specialise in providing subject specific support for design and technology education.  However, we also provide a range of other services to support other areas of the curriculum.

‘Teaching Tomorrow’s Designers & Technologists Today’ programme is a partnership between the national network of Science Learning Centres and the D&T Association.  Its aim is to provide an inspiring, high quality programme of CPD developed with the aim to stimulate greater interest in Design & Technology (D&T) and encourage students to continue studying the subject at KS4.

 
The Health and Safety Training Standards and the D&T Association’s Health & Safety Accreditation Scheme  

D and T Education can arrange health & safety training for design and technology teachers, technicians and trainee teachers.  All training is delivered by Registered Design and TEchnology Health & Safety Consultants and follows the TDA/D&TA Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme training.

Training can be provided for individual teachers or support staff or small groups.  We can also arrange whole-school training across a number of institutions or longer programme's of training designed to fit in with your subject development plans.
